Contact Person for Limited Liability Company – Yearly fee

If you want to start a Swedish Limited Liability Company / Aktiebolag in Sweden and none of the board members does not have a Swedish Personal Number or actually live in Sweden, the company will need a contact person.

The Contact Person does not represent the company and will not have access to the companies details. In the event that none of the board members can’t be reached by authorities, the contact person is the one that will receive the information.

Note that this is a yearly recurring fee!
